How To Order: We currently only ship to the US and Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders from other foreign countries at this time. Please make sure that all of your information is entered correctly on the order form. An email will be sent once your order has been accepted. We take our customers' privacy very seriously and will not share your information with anyone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal as our primary forms of payment. If you would like to arrange for a different form of payment, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Return Policy: All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All items must be returned in new, and unused condition in original packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed if the item has been opened or tampered with. If the product is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately upon receiving your order. Please do not dispose of the original packing carton, as the carrier may need to inspect your package.

Broken/Missing Parts: Please contact the manufacturer directly for any damaged or missing items in boxed figure sets. When contacting the manufacturer, please include your full name, the broken/missing item, and any further details that you may want to include. For any manufacturer that is not listed please send us an email and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

Shipping & Handling: All orders have shipping & handling costs that are calculated at the time of order. For foreign orders please select International as the shipping method. All prices are in US Dollars. All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends, holidays, and back/preorders.
